The Computing & Communications Help Desk is the first point of contact for any issues relating to computers, printers, multimedia, telecommunications and the Resource Centre.
The Help Desk is available:
Fall & Winter
- Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 9:00pm
- Friday - 8:30am - 6:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 12:00pm - 6:00pm
Spring & Summer
- Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
Getting Started
To get started with the Help Desk, services are available for both Students and Faculty & Staff. These services may be accessed by selecting from the list on the menu to your immediate left.
Please note that the Help Desk uses a ticketing system and all requests must be processed through the system. Tickets may be submitted using the "Enter a Helpdesk Ticket" link in the menu.
